The PDA Union Calling Notice and Agenda for the 2020 Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 2019/2020 Annual General Meeting is to be held at 2pm on Thursday 25 June 2020 via video conference. PDA Union members that wish to join the virtual meeting should email [email protected] before close of business on Tuesday 23 June confirming their name and address to register.
Any resolution received for the National Executive Committee or a group of members in accordance with rule 15b) iv) will be circulated prior to the meeting. There will be a short Open Forum at the end of the formal business.
Agenda
To enact the following business in accordance with rule 15b):
- Apologies
- Minutes of previous General Meeting
- To receive the report on the preceding year’s activities from the General Secretary
- To receive and approve the Annual Report(s) and Annual Accounts for the previous year
- To approve the appointment of Auditors & Assured Assessor (15b)iv
- To discuss any resolution(s) received from the National Executive Committee in accordance with rule 15 b) v)
- To discuss any resolution(s) received from membership in accordance with rule 15 b) v)
This will conclude the formal business.
